Context

My Client is looking for an Exchange Customer Engineer (Italian + English speaker) - Milan, Italy

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, gain trust and respect for Microsoft Premier. Engineers must also possess strong technical writing, presentation and training skills

Required profile

  • Fluent English and Italian

  • Designing and Implementing and troubleshooting Services of MS Exchange server ( 2013, 2016, 2019 or Exchange Hybrid) such as: High availability (DAG), Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting and Logging

  • Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, supporting customers on their operations in Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management.

  • Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations.

  • Experiente with Microsoft Teams and M365 cloud solutions will be a plus

  • Active Directory – Exchange integration (multi forest infrastructures)

  • Office365 – Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid deployment/admin experience and post migration mailbox features setup

  • PowerShell scripting skills

The resource is required for 3 days/week, 2 on remote and 1 onsite in Milan.
